  D.U.I. Enrollment Requirements

D.U.I Registration is open from 8:30am to 3:30pm daily – Monday through Friday.

The registration process will take approximately 1-hour to complete. This time is not credited toward evaluation time or class time.

NOTE: You MUST live, work, or attend school within the following counties:

Alachua Bradford Dixie

Gilchrist Levy Union

If the above counties DO NOT fall within the live, work or attend school in, you MUST get written permission from the DUI school in your county of residence to attend the DUI programs associated with us.

  D.U.I. Fee Structure & D.U.I. Hours

LEVEL 1	233.00	12-Hours of education and a 1-Hour evaluation
LEVEL 2	363.00	21-Hours of education and a 1-Hour evaluation

If you have ever taken a DUI program you are automatically deemed to be Level 2 regardless if the charge was reduced, such as to Reckless Driving with Alcohol.

It is your responsibility to register in the correct DUI Level class there are NO refunds or transfers of the funds to the correct DUI Level class.

Your evaluation does not have to be before the DUI class. Class dates and evaluation date/time is based upon first come, first choice.

We CANNOT hold and/or reserve a class seat or an evaluation time unless you are registered. See note below.

  Required Documentation for Registration

1.	Copy of the DUI Citation / Ticket*
2.	Copy of the DUI Arrest / Accident Report*
3.	Copy of your LIFETIME Driving History*** CANNOT have a search date older than 90 days of registration Must be a Resident of Florida for over 3 years, if not than a copy of your out of state driving history is also required from the state you moved from.
4.	PAYMENT IN FULL is required at the time of registration. Payment methods: Cash, Check, Money Order, Debit and the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (AMEX)
*	These records are obtainable from the county courthouse where the DUI was issued, usually the criminal traffic or county clerk’s office.
**	A State of Florida ONLY Lifetime Driving Record can be obtained from us for an additional fee of $ 12.00. NOTE: A RECEIPT CANNOT be issued unless you are completely registered and payment in full has been received for that class / evaluation
